Archivo Español de Arte
Archivo Español de Arte is a scientific journal published by CSIC and edited by the Instituto de Historia at CCHS, that publishes only original research articles on all areas of the history of Spanish Art and foreign art in relation to Spain, from the Middle Ages to the present. This publication is oriented preferably to the research and university community, both national and international, as well as to all professionals in the art field.
Estudios Geográficos
Founded in 1940 by the Institute Juan Sebastián Elcano at the CSIC, the Estudios Geográficos journal published quarterly until 2004 articles on geographical research, news, commentaries, as well as reviews of current publications. Since 2005, is published half yearly. Estudios Geográficos is addressed to the academy and research
Loquens
Loquens is a scientific journal published by CSIC and related to the Phonetics Laboratory of the Institute of Language, Literature and Anthropology (ILLA), dedicated to analyzing speech from all angles and considering all points of view. The approach is clearly interdisciplinary and is proposed as a tool for the diffusion of the developments from those areas of study where speech analysis is the focus.

Hispania Sacra is a scientific journal published by CSIC and edited by the Instituto de Historia at CCHS, that publishes original articles related to History of Religion, with special emphasis on the Hispanic World, written in Spanish, English, French, Italian, or Portuguese. Its foundation comes from 1948.
Gladius
Gladius is a scientific journal published by CSIC and edited by the Instituto de Historia at CCHS, that publishes contributions on the following subjects: Arms and Armour, Military History and Polemology, from the earliest times until the end of the Eighteenth century, mainly in the Iberian Peninsula, Europe, Islam and the Americas, although other contributions will be considered. It also contains a section on scientific discussion and reviews. It was founded in 1961

Asclepio. Revista de Historia de la Medicina y de la Ciencia is a scientific journal published by CSIC and edited by the Instituto de Historia at CCHS. It publishes original papers on the history of science echoing the various historiographic trends in this field of study.

Al-Qantara
Al-Qanṭara is a scientific journal published by CSIC and edited by the Instituto de Lenguas y Culturas del Mediterráneo y Oriente Próximo at CCHS. It is devoted to the study of classical Islamic civilization up to the 17th century, with special emphasis on Western Islam. A monographic section it is included in the second issue. The Journal asks contributions only for the Monographic section.
Isegoría
Isegoría is a scientific journal published by CSIC and edited by the Instituto de Filosofía at CCHS. Its thematic areas include: ethics, political philosophy, philosophy of right, philosophy of history, philosophy of religion, philosophy of science, analytical philosophy, sociology, economy, ecology, feminism and everything which pertains to theories and praxis of human action.
Trabajos de Prehistoria
Trabajos de Prehistoria is a scientific journal published by CSIC and edited by the Instituto de Historia at CCHS. The journal preferably publishes papers on the Prehistory and Protohistory of the Iberian Peninsula and its relations with Europe and the Mediterranean. On a exceptional basis, works related to other geographical areas may be published, but only if they are considered of general interest, based on their theoretical or methodological focus or on the comparative value of their archeological content. It was founded in 1960 by professor Martín Almagro Basch.

Archivo Español de Arqueología is a scientific journal published by CSIC and edited by the Instituto de Historia at CCHS, that publishes original articles on Archaeology that focus on their material, literary, epigraphic and numismatic sources. Its field of interest includes Mediterranean and European cultures from Protohistoric times to the Early Middle Ages and is flexibly open to upcoming cultural realities and border times. Its was founded in 1940 by Antonio García y Bellido.
